Stephen Okiya is a professional with expertise in Statistics and Economics, specializing in data-driven policymaking. He holds an undergraduate degree in Statistics, and a Master's degree in Economics, and is currently pursuing his doctoral studies in Economics.

With over a decade of experience, Stephen has worked with prestigious organizations such as the World Bank, UNDP, UNICEF, UNODC, and WHO, among others. His work focuses on applying theoretical tools to inform evidence-based policy actions.

Stephen possesses advanced quantitative skills in various software tools essential for statistical and econometric analysis, including Stata, R, Python, and SPSS. These skills enable him to conduct robust data analysis, modeling, and statistical inference, supporting evidence-based policy actions across his professional engagements.
